The house is situated in a small private road just outside Beauchamps on the road between Granville on the coast and the pretty town of Villedieu Les Poeles, which is famous for its copperware.

The house is situated 15 minutes from Granville on the coast with its marina, sea life centre, restaurants and shops. It also has a ferry service to the channel islands. 5 minutes on from Granville down the coast is the wonderful beach at Jullouville with its miles of gently sloping sandy beach.
