Inside

The downstairs is entered via the hallway. Off of the hallway is the hall/main salon which is 65 square metres. It has a dining room table and chairs as well as a CD player, suite of furniture and log burner.

It has a high beamed ceiling and large gallery area overlooking.

Also from the hallway is a washroom and toilet.

The hallway also leads into the farmhouse kitchen. This has all the usual amenities as well as a large farmhouse table and chairs, a microwave, extractor hood over cooker and two high chairs. Off from the kitchen is the utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Downstairs there is also the main bedroom with a four poster bed and large en suite with bath and bidet plus double sink stand.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. A master vaulted  bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet. A second with a double bed and pine cot and the third with two twin beds. There is a large walk in wardrobe between these two rooms. Upstairs there is also a further shower room with toilet. There is also a video/DVD player and television on the large landing. At the top of the stairs is a child gate.

There is also a very large galleried landing in a u-shape running around the hall/main salon on which is situated the video/DVD player and television area. There is an extensive video collection but please bring DVD's.

Outside

There is a large back garden area with orchard. There is a good sized side garden with large bread oven style BBQ and seating area. Garden furniture is stored in the garage.

There is a good sized gravel driveway with a well and pretty flower borders.

Also in the front garden is a large lawned area with various fruit trees and bushes. Please help yourself in season to the strawberries, gooseberries, black and red currants, apples, apricots, plums etc.

The house is surrounded on three sides by fields in which horses, ponies, cows, chickens and goats can be found.
